The Murder of Rosa Luxemburg are one of my favorite bands, who sadly stopped making music after two releases; the EP 'Secret Bark Language' and the only full-length, 'Everyone's in Love and Flowers Pick Themselves'. The full-length is an energetic math-violence dancespasm freak-out coupled with two lighter and electronic/instrumental songs that would harken-back to their sound on the EP.
2/3 songs on the EP featured vocals, in a completely refreshed fashion for the EP's more subdued and atmospheric sound, which on 'A B for A Bee' sounds like a dark corner in the world of Devendra Banhart's 'Niño Rojo':
I can't recommend this band enough. The full-length remains among my favorite albums -- the energy and grooves are impossible to resist. The EP showed they could branch out and still excel at whatever they created.
